Dr. Chiedu OjemayeExecutive Director (DBA, CIOD)

Dr. Chiedu Ojemaye is a seasoned professional with over 17 years’ experience across banking, capital markets, downstream oil & gas, and FMCG. He has strong expertise in treasury management, corporate banking, M&A, structured credit, and strategic planning. He previously served as Head of Treasury at CHI Limited and spent over a decade at UBA Plc managing multinational and local corporates. Dr. Ojemaye is also the Founder of Varun Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited. He holds a DBA from Lagos Business School, an MBA, and a degree in Economics, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors.
